Video Studio Rules

Welcome to Insight Video Studio

It’s important to us that your shoot is comfortable, professional, and hassle-free.

Below are the rules that help maintain order, take care of the space, and respect each other. By booking or using the studio, you agree to these rules in full.

1. Operating hours and booking

The studio operates daily from 09:00 to 19:00.

Night-time shoots (from 19:00 to 09:00) are available by prior arrangement.

  • Minimum rental time — 1 hour.

  • Booking requires a 50% prepayment.

  • Additional equipment and services are paid on-site at the end of the shoot (card / cash / QR).

Cancellation policy:

  • 72 hours before the shoot — 100% refund

  • 24–72 hours before — 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours — no refund

Rescheduling is allowed once and must be requested no later than 24 hours before the rental start time.

2. Rental time

The rental time includes the entire process: preparation, equipment setup, filming, teardown, and basic cleanup.

  • Late arrival does not extend the booked time slot.

  • A delay of more than 10 minutes is considered overtime and is charged as a full additional hour.

The actual start and end time of the shoot does not affect the price — the full booked period is charged.

3. Final Deliverables

After the shoot, we upload all materials to Google Drive and send you a download link. The files will be available via the link for two weeks, after which they are permanently deleted.

4. Number of participants

The maximum number of people allowed in the studio is up to 6, including all participants: operators, assistants, makeup artists, models, guests, etc.

If the limit is exceeded, prior approval from the administrator is required at the booking stage.

5. Silence and behavior in common areas

Since audio recording often takes place in the studio (podcasts, interviews, blogs), we kindly ask you to maintain silence in corridors and common areas:

  • Do not speak loudly near the doors of other studios

  • Do not play music without headphones

  • Do not use noisy tools or equipment in common areas

If you are planning a loud shoot (music video, scenes with shouting, etc.), prior approval from the studio administrator is required at the booking stage.

6. Prohibited activities in the studio

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances

  • Use of smoke machines, confetti, water, sand, flour, paint, glitter, or other effects without prior approval

  • Use of aerosols, strong odors, or perfume

  • Entering the studio in dirty or foul-smelling clothing

  • Hitting, scratching, or damaging furniture or decor, and entering staff-only areas

  • Removing equipment or property from the studio

  • Drilling, painting, gluing, or attaching anything to the floor, ceiling, or walls

  • Filming pornographic, explicitly sexual, or otherwise illegal photo or video content

7. Liability for damages

The Client bears full financial responsibility for the safekeeping of all studio equipment, furniture, props, and other property provided for use during the rental period.

In the event of damage, breakage, loss, or contamination of studio property caused by the Client, the filming participants, or any guests invited by the Client, the Client agrees to fully compensate for the damage in accordance with the market cost of repair or replacement.

Any damage will be documented by a studio representative at the end of the shoot or within a reasonable time after its completion.

8. Personal safety

The Client and all participants of the shoot are required to comply with the studio rules and safety regulations.

The studio is not responsible for injuries or health damage resulting from:

  • Violation of studio rules

  • Careless handling of equipment

  • Independent movement or use of equipment without coordination with studio staff

  • Actions of third parties invited by the Client

Use of the equipment and presence in the studio are carried out at the Client’s and participants’ own responsibility.

9. What’s included in the rental

The rental includes:

  • Interior, furniture, and props

  • Tables and chairs

  • Light stands and C-stands

  • Light modifiers (softboxes, octaboxes, reflectors)

  • Reflectors

  • Teleprompter

The studio rental price includes 4 light sources:

10. Studio preparation

Technical preparation is carried out before the start of the paid rental time.

Our staff:

  • Bring the ordered equipment into the studio

  • Assemble the camera on a tripod, install the lens, filter, and matte box

  • Set up and position the rented lights on stands and install modifiers

Lighting setup, camera adjustments, image work, and audio are the responsibility of the client’s operator or the studio’s operator (if this service is booked separately).

11. Video surveillance

Video surveillance is carried out in the studio’s shooting areas for security purposes.

12. Fire safety

The use of smoke machines, hookahs, pyrotechnics, and other special effects is prohibited.

If the fire alarm is triggered due to the client’s fault, a fine of 5,000 THB will be charged.

13. Lost and forgotten items

The studio is not responsible for forgotten items. Found items are stored for 3 days, after which they are disposed of.

14. Minors

The studio has the right to request documents confirming age.

Filming involving minors is permitted only with written consent from parents or legal guardians.

If consent is not provided, the shoot is canceled and the payment is non-refundable.

15. Force majeure

In case of emergencies (power outages, technical issues, etc.), the shoot may be rescheduled or partially or fully compensated by mutual agreement.

The studio does not guarantee 100% clean audio recording.
